Frequently Asked Questions

  • Creatality Relations Team partners with Headway’s Admin team to check benefits and copay/coinsurance costs of session before beginning therapy. We honor transparency.

  • If you endure financial hardship, Creatality offers to negotiate costs and monitor the situation for three months before re-negotiation.

    Financial Hardship; low income or poverty, unemployment or loss of job, disability, medical emergency, housing instability or homelessness, natural disaster, educational needs, caring for a dependent, military or veteran status if on family aid, small business challenges.

  • The Building Hope Mental Health Scholarship is a program for individuals who live or work in Summit County to potentially receive 12 free sessions. The individual must apply and interview to be considered for this program.
